Journal entry 2

Due to personal reasons and covid situation I had little to no time to work on this project as well as other subjects to school. 

Anyways, I still managed to do at least some progress, and that is finishing the map overlay alongside adding enemies to the map.

It isn't much and I definitely wish I had more time, but I managed to pull at least something. The build is uploaded, though, it's not really working (if you press ESC key the game is unplayable and needs to be alt+f4'd (I didn't include loading scene as well as menus, I know, should have done that )).
Anyways, I believe I will have much more time to work on this in the upcoming days and I hope I will have it ready by Thursday.

In terms of time (i wish I had some), I worked on this for about two hours. I'm hyped to finish it and my plan is to work on it for at least  4 hours tomorrow, but we'll see about that.

And about the level design: It is hard. I haven't spent much time playing it, but by just looking at the overview (the original idea that I received) It is literally the dark souls of platformers. There are few things that I will need to work on, and that is vanishing platforms and implementing three powerups. Every powerup does something different.

In terms of progress, I believe I'm somewhere at 60% .
